Here is a new recipes for your Breakfast for those who still love cereal and TASTE!
1 cup of puffed brown rice or puffed millet
1 cup of rice milk or almond milk
4 fresh strawberries sliced
1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
4 almonds
1 tablespoon almond meal
1 teaspoon or cacoa 'Super Food'
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
drizzle honey
optional add 1/2 banana
Enjoy with a cup of green Tea. My favourite green tea is Just Organic Green Tea found at all Aldi Stores.
