Why is YOGA good for you?

Mindfulness




Practising mindfulness toward food can help manage stress and improve digestion. Breathing before 
you eat and eating slowly, without rushing your food, can make a big difference. Additionally making 
sure that you are not emotional or stressed when you eat can be helpful for healthy digestion, vitality 
and longevity.


YOGA 




The Raw food lifestyle can bring even more benefits if you combine it with the daily practice of yoga 
or meditation. Daily practice can help you to become more connected to what feels natural and 
intuitive for your body and more able to listen to your body’s needs.


Practising meditation can help to minimise stress, while yoga can help to cleanse and purify the 
internal body, including the digestive system. When I started my own yoga studies and practice, I 
began to learn how yoga can improve the body’s internal health. When you are in a yoga posture, 
you are temporarily cutting off the blood flow to certain internal organs. When you release out of the 
posture, fresh blood surges back and massages your organs, bringing nourishment to every blood cell 
and muscle in your body, from the inside out. 
Yoga can also enhance your Raw food journey by helping to balance food cravings. Over time, 
you will notice that you no longer look for alcohol, sugar or chocolate to please you. You will enjoy 
more sustained energy and experience less mood swings, less low moods, less sadness, anger and 
frustration.

Please help us find MIA ❤️


Please help us find MIA ❤️


3 years ago I lost someone very special to my heart, at the time our hearts were Brocken, so we decided that day, despite the very stormy wet day to drive to our nearest RSPCA and rescue a CAT! 
As a child, I grew up with a beautiful big adventures black cat, and remembered loving having my cat on my bed close to me. 
Having a pet in your family home can bring increased love, happiness and comfort. Children love animals. It was the best thing I could have done around a time that was challenging, not only for me but for my angels. We bought her the best leather collar with diamontes spelling MIA! We gave her Lucia's first white crochet baby blanket, that was very soft & special, she even got the girls pretty white cot blanket for her bed. 

She came to us very scared and hid under the bed a lot, I had to remind the girls to give her space and to be gentle and kind. Overtime she relaxed and became our family Glamor Cat. Meaning the girls would dress her up in outfits, play with her, sing to her while she would sit looking glamorous and allow them to play. Our nanny Clara looked after Mia many of times and also helped Mia feel more at home by giving her lots of cuddles & attention. 
Like Clara, she was just the new member of our family we adored! 
Quietly I too became very attached to Mia. Even though Mia is very loyal to Lucia and sleeps on her bed every night, when Lucia was away she would sleep on mine and prrrr. Research shows us cats purring helps to keep your bones healthy. 
Mia loved joining me for yoga and especially meditation, cats are very spiritual  and love when you are at peace and calm. 

Mia went missing 13 days ago, while we had a friends dog visiting. How I wish I could turn back that day. I know the day she left and by the time I got home it was dark, and hard to find her. 
The old saying goes you don't realize ' how much you love someone, until they leave!' 





My action plan is getting more serious now as we tick off the list of things that we can do to help find MIA. 

All our local vets, pound, council  and rangers know of Mia disappearance. 

Posters are up in our local community and near my old home incase  she did make her way back. 

Next step is to try Facebook to spread the word in our Mosmsn Community. Steve our local vet said the more people that know the higher the chance of finding her! 
This Sunday I am organizing a MIA hunt. 

We have also chanted to help the universal energy find her, and daily prayer and visualization. 

I have to find Mia for more girls, we all miss her in our home greatly, especially my girls!

I believe that taking care of yourself is the best insurance that you can have for a vibrant life full of joy and happiness, and that eating a good diet, rich in vitamins and minerals, will help to promote good health.
For me, a Raw food lifestyle begins with reassessing the basic foods provided for us by nature. In order to do that, I believe that it is essential to strip out of our diets all foods that are processed or packaged, loaded with artificial flavour enhancers and sweeteners and which are devoid of nutritional value.
Nature provides us with a whole array of healthy foods, which, when incorporated into our diet, provides us with vitality, good health and energy. These foods can offer a perfect nutritional package. When eaten Raw, we benefit from the maximum nutritional value that each of these foods offers.
I believe that ‘living’ foods – meaning those that grow in the ground – are our life force. By integrating living foods into our diets, we can look forward to wellness, greater energy, mental clarity, a positive outlook on life and spiritual awakening.
When you eat Raw food, you’ll notice that you don’t need to eat so much, or need to eat the heavier foods that you previously desired. Lighter food makes us feel lighter and more energized. You’ll never feel as if you are on a diet when eating this way.

From my years of experience and study on health and fitness I am excited to share with you what works and how to get results. The results most people are after are similar. Increase energy, vitality, fitness and WEIGHT LOSS.  You can exercise all you like but if your nutrition is not clean then you will always struggle to make changes.  I have watched members in the gym for over 20yrs train and never change their body. When you add water to flour, what does it do? It acts like glue, and is very hard to even rinse off the bowl. This helps us understand how our internal body works from the inside.  It takes your digestive system a huge amount of energy to break down white bread, flour, fried foods or any heavy foods that are processed and toxic to our bodies. Why you need to detox is because many of the foods you have been consuming like sugar, sweeteners, meat, diary, and baked goods are all toxic foods that will keep you fat, lethargic and I believe unhappy as long as you keep consuming them. Processed foods are the worst offenders. My golden rule is anything that comes in a packet and can sit on a shelf for years should not be consumed; it is not a live food. When you are out of balance you feel it, you know, hence why you have found this program. Over toxicity in the body will weaken your system, clogging the organs etc. This is why it is beneficial to incorporate the yoga workout, in which helps heal and detoxify the internal body at the same time as changing your diet.

When the body is in an alkalizing state it is harder for you to get sick, illness or disease. Isn’t that enough to motivate you to turn your body into a powerhouse for longevity.
When your detoxification organs are clogged, acidity can build up within the body, changing the Alkalizing state.  Over a period of time your body reaches a toxic load. Most times these symptoms will not show, but what will happen is the acid will end up as Fat Cells. This is the body’s way of storing excess energy and toxicity. A diet high in sugar and high in stress mode is high in acid. The body will do all it takes to to pull the acid away from your vital organs and into your fat cells. This is what we call a ‘Defense Mechanism’ to protect your body by its organs and delicate tissues. But storing fat is not the only way the body deals with this excess acid. So if you are thin it doesn’t mean that you are healthy! Your body can be in a chronic state of ACIDOSIS, which means that your body could be destroyed from the inside out.

How the program works?

We often think we need to eat heavy food for energy, or to be full of satisfied but it is not necessarily so.
