HOW CAN I BENEFIT FROM A 2 DAY DETOX 
  • Some of the best ways to re-build the nutrients our bodies need back into our systems is through eating raw and healthy super foods high in nutrients and through targeted supplementation. 
  • Through improved diet and lifestyle habits you can strengthen your immune system and keep your health at an optimal level. 
  • Your body feel the effects of a cleanse straight away through rebalanced hormone levels, increased energy levels, physically, mentally, increase sexual energy and an improved sense of awareness and creativity. 
  • WHAT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED? 
    You will be sent a Food List for the 2  days in my next blog but other additional vitamins and antioxidants are advised. 
  • Chlorophyll – to beaded to your water, great for your skin and detoxifying your system 
  • Magnesium powder 
  • Raw fresh food 
  • Coconut water
    HOT TIPS 
    WHAT NOT TO DO 
  • No bread 
  • No alcohol 
  • No processed foods, preservatives or packet food. 
  • No eating after 6pm 
  • No sugar 
  • WHAT TO DO 



  • Be organised, prepare the green vegetable healing soup ahead of start day. You will have enough for 3-4 soups and this can be your night time soup after yoga. 
  • Think, dairy, gluten, coffee, alcohol, packaged foods FREE. 
  • Pack your food and prepare your smoothies the night before. 
  • Add 2 Green drinks per day, 1 healing soup and the snacks in between are your salads,
    grains, seeds, humus, raw veges unlimited. 
  • If you are hungry eat more of what is on the plan. 
  • Drink plenty of water or coconut water in between meals.

    ‘Live your life with passion’ is my motto. Eat clean food, think positively and love and appreciate nature for providing such an abundance of healthy food. Enjoy this time for yourself to give back to your body and mind. Learning to look after your digestive system, balance your hormones, and rejuvenate your body and mind is a 21st-century philosophy for living. It is not a diet; it is a way of life. The magic of nature is inescapable. My girls and I say a gratitude prayer before every meal in appreciation of the energizing meal we’re about to enjoy. Align yourself around nature,  and learn to love foods all foods  from nature, thats the healing process.
